Web apps and automation

Dashboards, internal tools and automated workflows that connect the systems you already pay for. We start with the task your team repeats every week and make it run on its own.

Example enterprise architecture Five layers. iOS, Android and web apps call an API edge with single sign-on and rate limits. The edge routes to order, billing, AI assistant and automation services. The AI layer has a model router to Claude, GPT and open models, plus evaluations. Data sits in Postgres, a warehouse, a search index and object storage. Monitoring, audit logs and cost tracking run alongside every layer. Work worth automating first

Intake and routing
Form submissions, emails and orders read, sorted and sent to the right person or system without anyone copying and pasting.
Reports that build themselves
The weekly numbers pulled from your tools, checked and delivered on schedule.
Documents in, data out
Invoices, contracts and forms read by AI, with the fields checked against your records and only the exceptions sent to a person.
Internal tools
A simple web app your team uses instead of a shared spreadsheet, with sign-in, permissions and an audit trail.
An example automation log. Exceptions go to a person; everything else runs on its own.

Build, buy or connect?

Buy when a tool already fits
If an off-the-shelf product does the job, we tell you and help you set it up. Custom code is for the gaps.
Connect what you already use
Most automation is glue between existing tools: CRM, accounting, email and storage, joined through their APIs.
Build when the process is yours alone
When the workflow is specific to how your business runs, a small custom web app costs less over time than bending a generic tool.
Run it on the edge
We build in TypeScript on Cloudflare Workers, which run your code in data centers close to each user, so apps are fast worldwide and hosting costs stay low. Need a mobile front end too? See mobile app development.

We also build AI assistants and agents and iOS and Android apps. Most projects use more than one. See how a project grows.

A nautilus shell drawn as releases: older chambers in deep blue, the four newest labelled v1 to v4, the newest highlighted. v1v2v3v4
  1. v1 An assistant over your documents
  2. v2 Approved actions in your systems
  3. v3 The assistant inside your app
  4. v4 The next model, on the same tests
Each release is a chamber: sealed, tested and carried forward.

Common questions

What business processes can be automated?
Repetitive, rule-based work is the best start: data entry between systems, routing requests, generating reports and checking documents. With AI, tasks that need reading and judgment, such as sorting emails or extracting invoice fields, can be automated too.
Should we use Zapier or a custom automation?
No-code tools are a good fit for simple, low-volume flows. Custom code makes sense when a flow is business-critical, high-volume, needs complex logic or must keep data in your own systems.
Can you work with our existing software?
Yes. We connect to the tools you already use through their APIs and run the automation in your cloud account.
How do we know the automation is working?
Every run is logged, failures alert a person, and for the first weeks we run it side by side with the manual process to compare results.
Who owns the code and the data?
You do. The code lives in your repository, the data stays in your systems, and the cloud accounts are in your name.
