iOS and Android apps

Native apps in Swift and SwiftUI, or one React Native and Expo codebase for both stores. Your first release does one job well and reaches real users on TestFlight and Play testing.

An example app screen and the SwiftUI code behind it.

Your first release

The one task users open the app for
Booking, ordering, logging a job or checking a balance. We build that flow end to end before anything else.
Sign-in and accounts
Email, Apple and Google sign-in, connected to your existing user accounts where you have them.
A real backend
An API, database and push notifications, hosted in your cloud account, so the app works for real users from day one.
Store submission
App Store and Google Play listings, screenshots, privacy details and review, handled by us and published under your developer accounts.
An example build list. Each release reaches testers before it reaches the store.

Native or cross-platform?

Choose native Swift for iPhone-first products
When the app leans on Apple features such as widgets, Live Activities, HealthKit or Apple Pay, or when it only needs iOS at first, SwiftUI gives the most polished result.
Choose React Native for both stores at once
When you need iOS and Android from day one with one team and one codebase, React Native with Expo ships to both and updates quickly.
Add AI where it saves taps
Search that understands questions, summaries of long records and an assistant that knows the user's data. See our AI development work.
Measure, then grow
Crash reports and usage data from the first release decide what the next release adds.

We also build AI assistants and agents and web apps and automation. Most projects use more than one. See how a project grows.

A nautilus shell drawn as releases: older chambers in deep blue, the four newest labelled v1 to v4, the newest highlighted. v1v2v3v4
  1. v1 An assistant over your documents
  2. v2 Approved actions in your systems
  3. v3 The assistant inside your app
  4. v4 The next model, on the same tests
Each release is a chamber: sealed, tested and carried forward.

Common questions

How much does it cost to build a mobile app?
Cost depends on the screens, integrations and platforms involved, so we scope the first release on a call and give a fixed quote before any work starts. Each later release gets its own quote.
How long does it take to build an app?
A first release focused on one core flow is usually scoped in weeks rather than months. Store review adds a few days, which we plan for.
Should we build native or with React Native?
Native Swift suits iPhone-first apps that use Apple-specific features. React Native suits apps that need both stores from day one with one codebase. We recommend one after the scoping call.
Do you publish the app to the App Store and Google Play?
Yes. We prepare the listings and handle submission and review, published under your own developer accounts so the apps stay yours.
Can the app share a backend with our website?
Yes. We usually build one API that serves the app, your website and any internal tools or automations.

What are you building?

Tell us in a few lines. We reply within two business days with questions or a time to talk, and the first call is free.
