Nautilus Tech Labs

Privacy policy

Effective 26 October 2026

Who we are

This website, nautilusdigital.net, is run by Nautilus Tech Labs LLC (“Nautilus Tech Labs”, “we”, “us”). This policy explains what information we collect when you visit the site or contact us, why we collect it, and what choices you have.

What we collect

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, we do not track you across other websites, and we do not sell or rent personal information.

How we use it

We will not add you to a mailing list or send you marketing without your clear consent.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers that run this site and deliver our email, and only so they can provide that service: Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting, security, Turnstile and email delivery) and our email provider, which hosts the inbox your message arrives in. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

How long we keep it

We keep contact form messages for as long as we need them to reply and follow up, and for no more than 24 months after our last contact, unless we start working together, in which case we keep records as long as the law and the engagement require.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop using it. Depending on where you live (for example in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or California), you may have additional rights under local law, including the right to complain to a data protection authority. To make a request, use the contact form and tell us what you would like us to do. We will respond within 30 days.

Security

The site is served only over encrypted connections (HTTPS), and access to messages is limited to the people who need it to reply. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

International transfers

Nautilus Tech Labs is based in the United States, and our providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where the law requires it, we rely on appropriate safeguards for these transfers.

Children

This site is meant for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed. Significant changes will be noted on this page.
